Puerto Rican Cars
Brian aka Flaco drives a 1981 Toyota Corolla Wagon, which has been in his family since his childhood and was passed onto him by his dad. I met him at the BNGRZ meet in January, 2023 where he told me the reason why Toyotas demand respect: they are durable and tuneable. His Wagon currently has a stock motor with upgraded headers. Flaco started telling me about his plans to upgrade his car but we were interrupted by a 2-stepping Toyota Camry. But his dedication to Toyotas is intense, as he says he’s not looking to resign from team Toyota anytime soon. In fact, he aspires to get himself a Supra. But, if he did have to switch from Toyota, he says we would get a C63 Mercedes AMG. Flaco’s family is from Vega Baja, and the last time he was there was in 2020.
